Role overview Staff Product Manager role on a fully remote, US-based team building cybersecurity software and services for connected devices and embedded systems. The position owns a product area end-to-end, from market and customer discovery through development, launch, and measurement, while partnering closely with a services organization. It suits a senior product leader who combines domain depth in product security with strong AI fluency and a clear go-to-market orientation.
Responsibilities - Own a product area end-to-end: identify customer and market needs, define key outcomes and metrics, guide engineering, and measure results. - Build deep domain expertise in product security assurance challenges faced by customers. - Use AI automation to keep product decisions grounded in current data, with repeatable feedback loops. - Own product messaging and partner with go-to-market teams by supplying useful, timely information as new capabilities ship. - Bridge software and services, collaborating with the services team to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
Requirements - 8+ years in product management, including at least 3 years in B2B enterprise software within cybersecurity or an adjacent space. - Domain experience with products where security, compliance, or risk management is central to the value proposition. - Strong market intelligence skills: ability to synthesize customer conversations, competitive moves, usage data, and regulatory shifts into clear, actionable guidance for engineering. - Demonstrated AI aptitude, including building AI capabilities into products and using AI to automate product work. - Excellent written communication skills, with comfort making decisions through clear context and data in a fully remote setting. - Go-to-market partnership mindset, with an understanding of how product decisions connect to revenue.
