About this role

Role overview

A Technical Product Manager position owning the end-to-end data lifecycle for a device intelligence platform used to detect and prevent online fraud. The role spans signal collection, storage, processing, and the query and reporting experiences that internal teams and enterprise customers rely on daily. It suits a technically fluent PM who can operate across analytics, APIs, and go-to-market motions at scale.

Responsibilities

- Define user-facing capabilities for the analytics dashboard, server APIs, and query experiences, including report templates, freshness SLAs, and export flows - Lead a major migration of customers between server API versions with minimal disruption - Maintain a coherent roadmap across four interconnected surfaces, run quarterly planning, write PRDs, and manage cross-team dependencies - Partner with product marketing on launch planning, messaging alignment, and post-launch enablement - Drive documentation updates and develop training materials so customers can effectively adopt new releases - Balance priorities across engineering, customer success, and executive stakeholders without relying on direct authority

Requirements

- 3+ years of product management experience, ideally on a product moving through a growth or scaling phase - Deep understanding of big data pipelines, including collection, storage, and query layers that shape product decisions at scale - Prior PM experience on data analytics products; familiarity with identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms is a strong plus - Strong grasp of event-level data APIs treated as a retrieval layer over high-volume behavioral or identity event streams - Technical depth sufficient to discuss APIs, architecture, rate limiting, regional data residency, authentication, and pagination credibly with engineers - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience - Demonstrated ability to translate customer feedback into shipped product, define and track product metrics, and defend tradeoff decisions under real resource constraints

Nice to have

- Experience with identity, anti-fraud, or data intelligence platforms - MBA or other advanced degree - Background partnering with sales and marketing on launches, pricing inputs, or positioning

Benefits and work setup

- Fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States - Salary range of $126,000 – $170,000, varying by location (NYC: $148k–$170k; Chicago: $126k–$145k) - Pay transparency with benchmarks against similar-stage growth companies - Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must be authorized to work from their home location - Inclusive hiring practices with active encouragement for applicants from underrepresented groups in tech
