Role overview A fully remote position for an experienced Data Analyst who transforms multi-source datasets into strategic insights that influence product direction, operational efficiency, and business growth for global organizations. Responsibilities - Ingest, clean, and structure raw data from diverse sources to prepare reliable datasets for analysis. - Apply statistical techniques to surface patterns, correlations, and trends across business domains. - Build data models, algorithms, and visualizations that communicate findings with clarity and precision. - Track and interpret key performance indicators that measure the impact of strategic initiatives. - Spot opportunities for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions. - Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
Requirements - At least five years of experience in data analytics or a closely related field. - Four or more years of hands-on Tableau experience for analytics and visualization work. - Strong proficiency in SQL plus a scripting or statistical language such as Python or R. - Solid grasp of statistical concepts and applied methods for real-world analysis. - Experience pulling data from APIs, ETL pipelines, databases, or web scraping workflows. - Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and database management systems. - Clear written and verbal communication in English, including the ability to translate complexity into insight.
