Working Student (Multiple positions)

Role overview

A Berlin-based B2B software team is recruiting several working students to join either on site or remotely. The available tracks span frontend engineering, UI/UX design, graphic design and branding, and German-speaking sales and business development. Successful applicants will pair studies with hands-on contribution to a web platform used by business customers.

Responsibilities

- Build and refine user-facing interfaces using React, TypeScript, Bootstrap, react-query, react-table, and axios, working closely with a backend team that operates in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Swagger, and Cube. - Create user-centric design solutions that improve the usability of the web application and shape how customers interact with it. - Develop graphics and branding assets that capture the product's identity and resonate with target audiences. - Identify and pursue business opportunities, maintain relationships with key clients, and negotiate deals to expand the market footprint in German-speaking regions. - Manage several workstreams independently while collaborating with cross-functional teammates.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a closely related field. - Located in Germany; residing in Berlin is considered a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and spoken communication in English. - Native or C1-level German for the Sales and Content positions. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in parallel.

Nice to have

- Prior familiarity with B2B SaaS products and business models. - Basic working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
