Senior Solutions Architect

Role overview A network detection and response vendor is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to help customers unlock deeper value from its network telemetry and security platform. The role blends advanced custom development, customer enablement, and cross-industry technical problem-solving, working on complex issues spanning data center, cloud, and SASE environments. It is part of a post-sales team measured on outcomes rather than billable hours.

Responsibilities - Build advanced GUI components and trigger scripts that extend the platform's capabilities. - Develop external REST API integrations and automation scripts using Python and JavaScript. - Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to design strategies for high-value data acquisition. - Profile industry-specific applications, producing technical assets and collateral that inform product and marketing improvements. - Lead root cause analysis on high-profile issues and guide customers through resolution. - Create custom dashboards, visualizations, and automated tools that streamline repeatable workflows. - Run hands-on learning sessions with customer teams to build long-term technical self-sufficiency.

Requirements - 6–8 years of relevant experience and a BS degree or equivalent. - Customer-facing background with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. - Solid grasp of core networking (OSI layers 2–4) and application protocols including HTTP, SQL, CIFS/NFS, HL7, Memcache, and DNS. - Familiarity with web application architectures such as databases, caching, and distributed systems. - Hands-on scripting experience with Python and JavaScript. - Self-directed working style with motivation to take ownership of a practice area.
