Role overview Drive delivery for a mobility platform that helps operators, regulators, service providers, and riders coordinate transit experiences. The role sits across four engineering and quality assurance squads and combines technical project management with agile coaching to keep complex software work on track. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders and external collaborators to land releases on time.
Responsibilities - Coordinate delivery across four engineering and QA squads, including sprint planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives - Maintain a healthy backlog with accurate estimates, commitments, and predictability reporting - Identify blockers early, escalate with recommendations, and unblock teams - Track delivery metrics such as cycle time, rework, escaped defects, and predictability - Use AI tooling to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes, and delivery monitoring - Proactively surface slipping work, stale dependencies, and scope drift
Requirements - Prior experience as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager - At least five hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours - Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and shipping software - Track record of delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines - Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence - Ability to read API specifications and sequence diagrams, with daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor - Upper-Intermediate English and strong written communication skills
