Role overview

This Project Manager position sits at the intersection of customer operations and software delivery for a SaaS platform serving educational institutions and non-profit fundraising teams. The role centers on driving customer implementations, re-implementations, and internal initiatives through disciplined planning and stakeholder coordination, with an initial internal focus that can grow into client-facing engagement over time.

Responsibilities

- Lead customer product implementations, re-implementations, and internal projects in partnership with Customer Operations leadership and executive sponsors. - Build and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and scope documentation from kickoff through close-out. - Track progress against deadlines, surface risks and blockers early, and escalate issues to leadership when needed. - Own day-to-day communications including status updates, meeting notes, follow-ups, and stakeholder reporting. - Serve as the primary point of contact, balancing expectations across internal teams and external customers. - Contribute to process improvement efforts that streamline implementation workflows and team operations.

Requirements

- Four or more years managing technical, cross-functional projects in enterprise software development environments. - Demonstrated success running multiple complex initiatives in parallel while keeping stakeholders aligned. - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams. - Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheets, or comparable platforms. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum product development methodologies. - PMP certification, equivalent credential, or active progress toward one.
