About this role

Role overview Build data-driven solutions that improve outcomes for patients living with kidney disease. Working as an individual contributor reporting to the Manager of Reporting & Analytics, the Senior Analyst partners with analytics, technology, and operations teams to translate raw data into dashboards and insights that shape operating and clinical models.

Responsibilities - Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements that improve operational and clinical efficiency. - Validate the accuracy and quality of data represented in analytics and reporting outputs. - Work with Data Engineering and Advanced Analytics to transform raw data into metrics and insights. - Design and build dashboards and operational reports using visualization tools such as Power BI. - Train end users on new dashboards and support ongoing enhancements and maintenance. - Manage internal and external reporting timelines and track issues such as logic defects, data quality problems, and process errors. - Maintain documentation including KPI definitions, data sources, and report catalogs.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or a related field; master's preferred. - 3+ years of experience in a reporting or health economics environment within healthcare. - 1+ years building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Strong SQL skills required; Python expertise preferred. - Experience developing data models or partnering with data engineering to deliver analytics-ready datasets. - Healthcare industry experience, preferably in value-based care, with working knowledge of healthcare privacy and security practices. - Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Nice to have - Experience working with healthcare data such as EMR and claims.

Benefits and work setup - Annual salary range of $75,000 to $95,000, plus an annual bonus. - Primarily remote role; home internet must support at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, with a dedicated workspace to protect PHI/HIPAA information. - Paid time off starting at four weeks for full-time employees and twelve paid holidays per year. - Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with an HSA that includes employer match. - 401(k) with up to 4% employer match after six months, plus paid parental leave. - Reimbursement for continuing medical education in eligible roles and a structured training and development program.
