Role overview The Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise clients deploying a critical event management platform. This role supports organizations with business continuity, security, and life-safety use cases, acting as an extension of the customer's resilience team while coordinating with internal product, engineering, and account management groups.
Responsibilities - Own the technical relationship across deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the platform for assigned accounts. - Design and configure customer environments, including hierarchies, workflows, data models, and integrations. - Produce and maintain technical documentation such as Interface Control Documents and configuration guides. - Support Business Impact Analysis execution and drive resiliency program maturity for clients. - Lead customer governance through stakeholder meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and KPI tracking. - Deliver administrator onboarding, training, and platform enablement sessions. - Act as the primary technical escalation point and customer advocate, collaborating across account management, product, engineering, and support teams.
Requirements - Four to seven years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Architect, or Implementation. - Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency Management, or related disciplines. - Strong SaaS administration, data integration, and system configuration skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple customers and complex technical programs simultaneously. - Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Nice to have - Background supporting large enterprise or government organizations with mission-critical deployments. - Familiarity with risk intelligence, emergency management, or security operations platforms.
