Role overview This order management role focuses on processing specialty and promotional orders for authorized resellers of health and wellness products. The position combines transactional accuracy with customer-facing support, serving as a key point of contact for key accounts while helping the broader service team during peak demand periods. The work is hybrid, with on-site expectations for nearby candidates and limited travel for fully remote team members.

Responsibilities - Process specialty orders, including EDI transactions and educational program orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry - Handle promotional order entry and invoicing for designated key accounts, including EDI-based invoicing workflows - Review and close open sales orders tied to low-inventory items, confirming customers are charged correctly - Cross-train across multiple department functions to provide backup coverage for order entry, returns, and credits - Partner with accounting on account cleanup, invoice reconciliation, and credit resolution - Provide general administrative and project support to keep daily operations flowing smoothly

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field, or four years of equivalent professional experience in a relevant area - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, plus intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with solid business writing ability - Strong attention to detail with a track record of entering orders accurately and catching pricing or charge discrepancies - Ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision - Clear written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external accounts - Customer-focused mindset combined with accountability and a positive, solutions-oriented approach
