Senior Backend Engineer

Role overview Build and operate the APIs and backend services that support AI platforms and enterprise systems. The work includes developing reliable data-backed services and production features for private language-model and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) deployments used by enterprise clients in South Korea.

Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services. - Model data in PostgreSQL and improve query performance. - Build REST and asynchronous interfaces, including queues and background jobs. - Package and deliver services with Docker and CI/CD workflows. - Monitor production systems and support their reliable operation.

Requirements - At least five years of backend development experience. - Strong Python experience with FastAPI or Django, or Node.js experience. - Practical PostgreSQL skills, including data modelling and query tuning. - Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and background jobs. - Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and production monitoring. - Valid Korean residency documentation and good working English; Korean is an advantage.
