Middle Backend Engineer

Role overview Build backend APIs and services for AI platforms and enterprise applications. You’ll take features from design through production, contributing to private language model and retrieval-augmented generation platforms, AI assistants, and business systems serving clients in Uzbekistan, South Korea, and the UAE.

Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain backend APIs and services. - Develop REST endpoints and data models backed by PostgreSQL. - Own features through implementation, deployment, and production support. - Use Git and Docker as part of the development and delivery workflow. - Work with a small, experienced team on products used by enterprise clients.

Requirements - Two to four years of commercial experience in a backend engineering role. - Proficiency with Python using FastAPI or Django, or with Node.js. - Experience with PostgreSQL, data modelling, and REST APIs. - Familiarity with Git and Docker. - Ability to take a feature from initial design to production. - Good written English.

Nice to have - Russian or Uzbek language skills.
