Role overview
Use advanced product analytics to influence strategy, experimentation, and growth across important consumer product areas. This senior individual-contributor role partners directly with product, design, engineering, and executive leaders, combining rigorous analysis with strong business judgment and AI-assisted workflows to change what gets built.
Responsibilities
- Frame high-value business and customer questions, build analytical approaches, and deliver recommendations that influence product decisions. - Develop a detailed understanding of customer behavior, conversion, retention, and growth opportunities. - Lead experimentation strategy across product areas, including design, guardrails, interpretation, and cross-test learning. - Identify patterns across products, datasets, and experiments that isolated analyses would miss, then size opportunities and strategic bets. - Review, validate, and improve AI-generated analyses while helping define effective standards for human and machine collaboration. - Share methods and raise the organization’s standards for analytical rigor, metric validation, and efficient insight generation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of product analytics experience in consumer-facing, high-growth environments. - A proactive approach to ambiguous problems: defining the question, building the analysis, and communicating the result to the right audience. - Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and power analysis. - Daily familiarity with AI tools and clear judgment about where automation helps and where human review is essential. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain statistical findings to both executives and technical partners. - Strong SQL foundations and experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Amplitude, Hex, or Mode.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote position. - US base salary range of $166,000–$260,000, varying by location, experience, skills, and education or training.
