Expert Solution Consultant

Role overview This position leads technical solution design for large-scale IT transformation and managed services engagements. The role combines pre-sales architecture, consulting, and delivery leadership for enterprise clients pursuing modernization across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The consultant serves as a trusted technical advisor from discovery through implementation, owning the overall architecture and aligning it with business outcomes.

Responsibilities - Serve as the lead solution architect across strategic programs, owning end-to-end technical solution design - Partner with sales, consulting, and delivery counterparts to shape pursuit strategies and solution approaches for enterprise accounts - Facilitate discovery sessions, assessments, and solution workshops that translate business drivers into actionable technical designs - Architect hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises solutions spanning compute, storage, networking, security, automation, and disaster recovery - Build financial models and pricing structures with finance and pricing teams, from simple estimates to multi-year programs - Lead executive-level technical discussions to secure buy-in and coordinate with product management on roadmap input

Requirements - 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, solution engineering, or technical leadership within managed services, cloud, infrastructure, hosting, or datacenter environments - Demonstrated success designing and leading large-scale IT outsourcing, datacenter modernization, and hybrid or public cloud transformation pursuits for enterprise clients - Deep infrastructure expertise across compute, storage, networking, security, backup, disaster recovery, automation, DevOps, and IT governance - Hands-on knowledge of public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud architectures including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform - Experience developing multi-year transformation and modernization roadmaps that align operating models, financial outcomes, risk considerations, and technology strategy - Proven ability to lead client workshops and translate business requirements into executable technical strategies

Nice to have - Familiarity with container and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and Nutanix
