Sr. Analyst, Technical Implementation

Role overview A senior analyst position focused on implementing and configuring technology solutions within a healthcare revenue cycle management environment. The role acts as a subject matter expert who translates business requirements into technical specifications, manages integrations, and supports client onboarding. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment - Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and integration designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing platforms and adherence to client requirements - Develop and maintain implementation documentation and provide technical guidance throughout project execution - Resolve complex configuration and integration issues to keep projects on schedule - Monitor post-implementation performance metrics and recommend enhancements that improve functionality and user experience

Requirements - Demonstrated experience implementing and configuring technology solutions in a healthcare revenue cycle context - Strong ability to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and manage integration processes - Knowledge of compliance standards and operational workflows relevant to hospital and physician group billing - Experience collaborating across delivery, product, and client-facing teams during onboarding and deployment - Proven problem-solving skills for resolving complex technical issues under delivery deadlines - Familiarity with documentation practices, testing methodologies, and post-go-live performance monitoring
