About this role

Role overview A senior product manager will own the search and shopping journey for a business travel booking platform, leading the discovery, comparison, and reservation experience across flights, hotels, and rental cars. The role centers on translating customer insight into a modern, AI-enhanced booking flow that improves conversion and traveler confidence. It is a senior, high-impact IC-plus-leadership seat partnering closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities - Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the search-to-book experience across multiple travel verticals. - Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to scope, prioritize, and ship features that lift conversion and trust. - Use customer research, behavioral analytics, and experimentation (including A/B testing) to guide trade-offs and iterate on outcomes. - Champion AI-driven personalization opportunities that improve recommendations, selection, and booking confidence. - Align cross-functional workstreams by translating complex ideas into clear narratives about priorities, trade-offs, and expected impact. - Drive scalable launches that hold up under growth, with attention to platform reliability and shopper experience quality.

Requirements - Six or more years of product management experience, ideally in travel technology, online marketplaces, or booking platforms. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority across teams. - Strong user-centered mindset with working knowledge of UX principles and translating needs into intuitive flows. - Hands-on experience using data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and shape roadmap decisions. - Track record of shipping measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, or other commercial metrics. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning stakeholders on direction and rationale.

Nice to have - Direct product experience inside the travel or hospitality industry. - Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, ranking, or recommendation systems.

Benefits and work setup - Base salary range of $153,935 to $213,000 USD, with additional potential for bonuses, commissions, and equity depending on role and location. - Hybrid-hub working model that supports in-office collaboration or full remote work, with setup tailored to role needs. - Applications are accepted through 10/31/2026 or until the position is filled, and early applications are encouraged.
