About this role
Role overview Senior Product Manager role owning the growth roadmap for a card product that sits inside a broader travel and spend management platform serving businesses and group travelers. The position focuses on the earliest moments of the customer journey, from first touch through activation and repeat use, treating the card as a flagship fintech offering layered on top of an established travel supply network.
Responsibilities - Own the growth product roadmap for the card, shaping onboarding, activation flows, in-product prompts, and the surfaces that convert interest into first and repeat use. - Drive conversion and activation metrics across the funnel by designing and shipping experiments, learning quickly, and compounding wins into a repeatable growth motion. - Shape the card experience for new and activating customers by partnering with the broader card team to identify friction, prioritize high-leverage fixes, and ship them. - Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing to move fast, learn fast, and maintain a high craft bar. - Apply judgment in prioritization conversations, push back on lower-leverage ideas, and stand behind hard calls about where to invest.
Requirements - Minimum 6 years of product management experience, with a strong track record as a growth or activation PM on consumer or prosumer products. - Demonstrated ownership of a funnel moved through product levers, not just marketing or lifecycle channels. - Strong experimentation chops: designing tests well, operating comfortably in test-and-learn environments, and reading data critically enough to know when to trust a result versus dig deeper. - Product and growth instincts that surface the highest leverage bets across onboarding, activation, and engagement without waiting for perfect information. - Conviction and agency: the ability to take ambiguous problems to clarity and the willingness to tell stakeholders no with a clear reason.
Nice to have - Fintech experience, particularly with card products, billing flows, or payments-adjacent surfaces.
Benefits and work setup - Base pay range of $153,935 to $213,000 USD, with total compensation potentially including equity and/or variable pay depending on experience, expertise, and location. - Hybrid-hub work model: roles may be based out of an office hub or fully remote, with the environment tailored to what each role needs to succeed. - Additional perks, bonuses, commissions, and benefits are available and vary by employment type and location; a full benefits list is shared during the hiring process. - Applications are accepted through 11/5/2026 or until the role is filled, with early review encouraged.
