Solutions Architect - West

Role overview Help enterprise customers understand and adopt application and software supply chain security solutions. This customer-facing technical role spans discovery, product demonstrations, evaluations, solution design, and onboarding, while bringing customer insights back to product and engineering teams. The position focuses on the western region.

Responsibilities - Explain application security and software supply chain security in ways that engage developers and other technical stakeholders. - Build deep knowledge of the product suite and deliver tailored technical demonstrations. - Lead customer evaluations and technical discussions, connecting product capabilities to customer needs. - Work with engineering and product teams to design solutions and share field insights that inform product development. - Guide onboarding and adoption so customers can use the solution effectively toward their security and development goals.

Requirements - Experience in presales or a similar customer-facing technical role, including demonstrations, evaluations, and technical deep dives. - Solid understanding of software development practices, such as backend or full-stack development, CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps tooling. - Familiarity with application security, software supply chain security, identity and access management, or cloud-native security. - Knowledge of developer, DevOps, application security, and open-source ecosystems; able to communicate credibly with engineering teams. - Experience working with enterprise technical customers and navigating a sales cycle. - Curiosity, collaborative judgment, and an action-oriented approach to solving customer problems.
