Senior Project Manager

A senior-level project manager role sits within a client delivery organization, leading technology projects end to end for external clients in the IT services sector. Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of complex technology projects within a client delivery practice, ensuring outcomes meet agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations - Manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and risk registers across one or more concurrent workstreams - Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, providing regular status updates, steering committee inputs, and escalation handling - Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and support staff to deliver against statements of work and change requests - Apply recognized project management methodologies, governance standards, and delivery discipline across the portfolio - Track and report on project financials, utilization, and key performance indicators for leadership review

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience as a senior project manager within IT services, technology consulting, or similar client delivery environments - Track record of leading client-facing delivery projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to closure - Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, planning tools, and governance frameworks - Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and change control across concurrent engagements - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing reporting and presentations - Eligibility to work as a full-time exempt employee based remotely in the United States
