Senior Full Stack Java + Angular Developer

Role overview

Build and maintain enterprise web applications across the frontend and backend. The role pairs Java microservices and REST integrations with Angular interfaces, and includes engineering work throughout the development lifecycle, from design and testing to production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend microservices using Java and Angular. - Build REST APIs and backend integrations, and create responsive interfaces with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and SCSS. - Apply object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and established patterns to produce maintainable code. - Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering standards. - Work with cross-functional teams through the software development lifecycle. - Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues.

Requirements - At least 7 years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years building Java backends and 4+ years using Angular and TypeScript. - Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and dependency injection frameworks such as Spring. - Strong knowledge of RxJS, reactive forms, component-based development, HTML, CSS, and SCSS. - Understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - Experience with SQL databases, transactions, query optimization, and database performance. - Familiarity with JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, or Karma; Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development. - Upper-intermediate or advanced English communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with newer Angular features, Angular Material or CDK, gRPC and Protobuf, browser automation tools, cloud platforms, monorepos, feature flags, or large distributed systems. E-commerce, pricing, or promotions experience and a relevant bachelor's degree are also listed as advantages.
