Product Engineer

Role overview Build a product that turns Medicaid committee meetings and their materials into useful intelligence for market access teams in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. This early engineering role spans data ingestion, core information models, and the customer-facing product, with ownership across meaningful parts of the platform.

Responsibilities - Build backend pipelines to ingest committee documents and transcripts. - Develop data models for a committee directory and comparisons of prior authorization criteria. - Create and improve product features used by market access teams. - Ship product and engineering changes regularly. - Help shape the product and engineering practices as an early team member.
