About this role
Role overview Support existing investment clients by resolving account and transaction questions and handling securities trades. The role is centered on inbound service, accurate brokerage operations, and helping clients identify next steps for their investment needs.
Responsibilities - Respond to client needs by phone and handle questions about trading, moving assets, opening accounts, and consolidating assets. - Process client-directed trades in equities, ETFs, mutual funds, options, and fixed income securities. - Hold investment recommendation conversations and provide responsive, accurate service with proactive follow-up. - Apply brokerage transaction and regulatory requirements, including corporate actions, exchange rules, suitability, and tax considerations. - Identify potential needs and refer suitable opportunities to retirement advisors.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree. - At least two years of financial customer service experience. - Strong customer service skills and understanding of varied investment and account service needs. - Knowledge of financial markets and retirement account operations. - FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses, plus fingerprinting. - Authorization to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have - Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage several systems and tasks. - Brokerage or mutual fund trading experience, or service experience with retail, IRA, or 401(k) accounts.
