About this role
Role overview A DevOps engineer role on the platform team behind an enterprise AI product. The work centers on building and running the cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and observability stack that let the platform scale reliably across many enterprise customers.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters and the surrounding cloud infrastructure. - Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible. - Design and operate CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, safe deployments. - Build out observability across logging, monitoring, and alerting. - Ensure security, performance, and reliability as the platform scales. - Support a multi-tenant SaaS architecture and the scaling challenges that come with it.
Requirements - 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering. - Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization. - Strong proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices. - Mastery of at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Solid systems thinking and background in distributed systems. - B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics from an IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, or equivalent institution.
Nice to have - Multi-cloud experience across more than one provider. - Helm charts and deployment automation. - Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. - CI/CD platforms including GitHub Actions and ArgoCD. - Prior exposure to ML infrastructure.
