About this role
Role overview
A short-term contract assignment for a Programme Manager to lead a portfolio-level maturity review inside a major capital projects environment. Requirements
- A minimum of four years of programme or portfolio management experience. - Hands-on experience conducting formal P3M3 assessments at both project and programme level. - Prior work inside capital investment organisations, such as infrastructure, construction, or large-scale asset programmes. - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to interview senior contributors and gather robust evidence. - Ability to translate assessment findings into clear, prioritised recommendations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with linking learning and development interventions directly to maturity outcomes.
