Full-Stack Engineer - ElevenMusic

Role overview Build end-to-end features for a consumer music product centered on listening, creating, remixing, and streaming. You’ll identify problems worth solving, develop the product and its backend, and put new ideas in front of users quickly. The work combines independent product judgment with close collaboration with research engineers to bring emerging model capabilities into usable experiences.

Responsibilities - Take features from problem discovery and validation through implementation and release across frontend and backend. - Define and investigate product opportunities, including testing ideas with real users. - Turn new research and model capabilities into useful music product features. - Make sound decisions about architecture, security, and complexity while reviewing and building systems. - Ship improvements quickly and address operational or product issues as they arise. - Work autonomously and remain accountable for the quality and impact of what you deliver.

Requirements - Have taken ownership of a well-designed consumer product from initial build to real users, including frontend and backend work. - Understand systems deeply enough to identify incorrect, insecure, or unnecessarily complex changes. - Demonstrate strong product judgment, including the ability to prioritize and decline low-value ideas. - Be comfortable working with minimal direction and taking responsibility for fixing problems. - Have a genuine interest in music or the people who create it.

Nice to have - Open-source contributions or a public software portfolio. - Experience with music or audio products, recommendation systems, or embeddings.
