Role overview A junior analyst position embedded with a product team building cloud-based solutions for legal and financial organizations. The role suits someone with a technical background who wants to grow into product management, sitting between code-level analysis and stakeholder communication. It is a hybrid business analyst and junior engineer seat focused on making development cycles smoother and more predictable.

Responsibilities - Analyze product functionality, configuration dependencies, documentation, and code-level behavior before development begins - Support product managers by refining requirements and preparing development-ready user stories - Investigate product dependencies and assess the potential impact of proposed changes - Act as a bridge between product and engineering to keep requirements clearly understood - Proactively identify gaps and ambiguities to reduce clarification cycles during development - Contribute to improving the quality, completeness, and consistency of product documentation

Requirements - 1-2 years of experience as a technical business analyst or junior software engineer, with a clear interest in moving toward product management - Ability to read and understand code in C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar languages - Working understanding of APIs, databases, and software architecture fundamentals - Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or MCP-based tools for code and documentation analysis - Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum processes - Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal

Nice to have - Exposure to LegalTech, fintech, or other regulated industry products - Prior experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms
