Staff Product Designer

Role overview A senior individual-contributor design role focused on a cloud-based clinical SaaS platform used by primary care clinicians. The position leads UX strategy and execution across multiple squads, shaping an AI-native experience that balances innovation with the rigors of clinical practice and patient safety.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end design for clinician-facing workflows, from discovery through delivery and iteration. - Drive domain strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering, forecasting user impact and defining satisfaction and usability metrics. - Shape interaction patterns and contribute to the evolution of the product's visual language. - Plan and run user research to deeply understand clinician workflows, pain points, and jobs-to-be-done. - Mentor designers, lead critiques, and raise the craft bar across the broader design organization. - Balance AI-driven capabilities with patient safety and accuracy across user-facing and backend surfaces.

Requirements - 8+ years designing and shipping complex, web-based products within cross-functional teams. - A portfolio demonstrating strength in UX, UI, and visual design, including work in ambiguous problem spaces. - Proven experience leading a variety of user research methods. - Track record of strong partnership with Product and Engineering counterparts. - Experience designing for complex workflows; healthcare or AI-powered product experience is a strong plus.

Nice to have - Background in healthcare technology or regulated clinical environments. - Familiarity with AI-native product design patterns.
