Solutions Engineer - EDI/e-invoicing (f/m/d)

Role overview Help enterprise customers plan and deliver integrations for electronic data interchange and e-invoicing. You’ll explain technical concepts in practical terms, assess customer systems and business processes, scope integration projects, and support both sales teams and product development with technical expertise.

Responsibilities - Build expert knowledge of integration and e-invoicing products and services. - Explain EDI and e-invoicing concepts and their implications to customers. - Assess customer technical needs, ERP systems, and IT environments to plan SaaS integrations. - Scope and plan business-to-business integration and e-invoicing projects for enterprise customers. - Support account teams with technical tender responses and solution questions. - Work with product teams on new ERP connectors and contribute technical expertise to webinars.

Requirements - Strong technical knowledge of EDI or e-invoicing, including relevant protocols and standards. - Solid understanding of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA environments. - Native or C2-level German or Spanish, together with fluent English. - Strong listening and analytical skills.
