About this role

Role overview This Senior Data Analytics Consultant role combines analytics expertise with strategic consulting to help major enterprise customers unlock insights from observability data. The position focuses on digital experience monitoring and business analytics, partnering with large web properties across retail, finance, travel, automotive, and other industries to translate performance data into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities - Manage 4 to 8 enterprise client accounts end-to-end, including relationship management, expectation setting, and running all customer touchpoint meetings - Present digital experience performance strategies, findings, and recommendations to audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives - Conduct ad-hoc analyses, design testing initiatives, configure platform tools, and provide training and enablement as an embedded extension of the client team - Build dashboards, reports, and deep analyses using digital experience and business analytics data - Advocate for client needs internally, particularly with product teams, to influence roadmap decisions around digital experience monitoring - Contribute to internal team improvement by identifying process enhancements and training gaps

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative discipline - 3 to 5 years of experience analyzing complex datasets and presenting findings in an engaging, digestible way - Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, or solve business challenges - Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset

Nice to have - Background in digital experience monitoring using tools such as Catchpoint, GlassBox, Quantum Metric, FullStory, Blue Triangle, ContentSquare, AppDynamics, Datadog, or New Relic - Hands-on experience with real user monitoring for web and mobile and session replay tooling - Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, networking, CDNs, and cloud platforms - Proficiency with query languages such as GraphQL, SPARQL, MQL, SQL, or SPL, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, SPSS, or R
