Product Engineer (EU/UK Based - Remote)

Role overview Build and improve customer-facing features for an AI platform that automates enterprise workflows across tools such as spreadsheets, email, business systems, and web portals. You’ll own work from understanding customer needs through implementation and production, with a focus on delivering measurable value quickly. The role combines product engineering, customer collaboration, and practical use of AI development tools.

Responsibilities - Take ambiguous customer problems and deliver complete features across interface, APIs, data, and deployment. - Set scope, define useful measures of success, and iterate based on customer feedback and product results. - Work directly with enterprise customers when their context helps shape or deliver a solution. - Coordinate early with product, design, and other teams to resolve dependencies and keep work moving. - Maintain a high standard for usability and polish in production features.

Requirements - Repeated experience taking features from unclear requirements through production across the full stack. - Strong product judgment: able to prioritize user needs, shape an MVP, and explain tradeoffs and outcomes. - Daily use of AI coding tools, with responsibility for the quality of generated code, reviews, and tests. - Care for the look, feel, and reliability of the products you build. - Ability to collaborate across disciplines, seek context, and work independently in a fast-moving environment. - Based in Europe, with working hours that overlap substantially with European time zones.

Nice to have - Experience designing and operating scalable distributed systems with attention to security and reliability. - Production experience with LLM features or AI agents, including evaluation, human review flows, safety, or cost controls. - Familiarity with interfaces for AI-assisted work, such as confidence indicators. - Curiosity about how retail, consumer goods, supply chain, or finance operations work.
