Senior Incident Responder

Role overview

Lead and coordinate complex incident response engagements for industrial and critical infrastructure customers across the APAC region, working from Singapore. The role blends deep technical investigation with customer-facing advisory work, guiding stakeholders through high-pressure decisions while helping organizations strengthen their operational technology security maturity.

Responsibilities

- Lead high-impact investigations into security incidents across diverse OT environments, driving thorough resolution and post-incident analysis - Evaluate current incident response processes and embed lessons learned into standard operating procedures - Develop and refine OT-focused threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation techniques to address evolving threats - Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to strengthen incident response frameworks - Support customer security reviews and advisory engagements that align response capabilities with evolving business risks

Requirements

- Singapore citizenship required - Three or more years of professional incident response and digital forensics experience (network, memory, live, or disk) - Familiarity with ICS/OT environments, including industrial facilities, automation systems, or protocols - Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end investigations, correlate multiple data sources, and identify root cause and impact - Proven experience hunting malicious activity and coordinating response actions and communications during active incidents - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to calmly guide customers through high-pressure events and influence decision-making at technical and executive levels
