Principal Consultant - ICS/OT Cybersecurity

Role overview This principal consulting role directs high-impact ICS/OT cybersecurity engagements across the APAC region, helping government and industrial customers secure, mature, and scale their security programmes. The position combines deep technical expertise in industrial environments with executive-level advisory skills, contributing to research, methodology, and thought leadership that shapes long-term customer security strategies.

Responsibilities - Lead complex enterprise architecture reviews, advanced threat assessments, compromise investigations, and executive-level tabletop exercises across critical infrastructure sectors. - Serve as the principal subject matter expert and trusted advisor for strategic clients, building long-term executive relationships. - Deliver findings, risk narratives, and strategic recommendations through executive briefings and facilitated discussions. - Review and guide Statements of Work, Rules of Engagement, and engagement governance for alignment with customer objectives. - Translate field insights into research initiatives that influence platform detection content, services methodology, and training materials. - Represent the organisation as a senior thought leader through webinars, whitepapers, conference talks, and industry forums.

Requirements - Singapore Citizenship is required. - 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, including leading and architecting OT/ICS security initiatives and delivering complex consulting engagements. - Deep expertise in ICS/OT cybersecurity, including industrial architectures, threat landscapes, vulnerabilities, and applicable frameworks. - Extensive hands-on experience operating in industrial environments as an asset owner, operator, or integrator. - Advanced knowledge of OT systems and technologies such as PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial protocols including Modbus and DNP3. - Demonstrated mastery of security analysis, detection engineering, and ecosystem integrations such as SIEM/SOAR, MDR, and endpoint or network visibility platforms. - Strong leadership presence with experience influencing cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
