Senior Associate, GTM Systems - SevenRooms powered by DoorDash

Role overview A senior GTM systems role within revenue operations, focused on Salesforce and adjacent go-to-market platforms that support post-sales functions such as customer success, service, and implementation. The position owns both the strategic vision and technical delivery of these systems, driving adoption, AI-powered enhancements, and integrations across the revenue organization.

Responsibilities - Own strategic vision and technical delivery for assigned GTM systems aligned to company and departmental goals - Drive adoption by identifying usage gaps and delivering individual and group coaching and training - Build and enable AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, scalability, and user outcomes - Translate business and process requirements into actionable documentation, user testing scenarios, enablement materials, and release notes - Lead system enablement in partnership with the enablement team, including training plans and change management - Design and deliver integrations with other applications in the technology ecosystem - Provide flex capacity to the Salesforce team through discovery, technical coordination, and stakeholder communications

Requirements - 5+ years in GTM operations, system development, or consulting, ideally supporting post-sales functions - 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related support or success ecosystem experience - 2+ years with Gainsight or another customer success platform - Strong organizational and project management skills - Familiarity with Agile development methodology and core concepts - Experience facilitating sessions with stakeholders, leadership, and revenue operations teams - Skills in process flow creation, gap analysis, KPI and adoption analytics, scoping, and change management - Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and presentation skills, including with executive audiences

Nice to have - Salesforce Administrator certification
