Senior AI Agent Builder for Sales

Role overview Build and operate AI agents that support the sales process from account research through lead qualification, outreach, follow-up, and CRM updates. The work focuses on production-ready systems with safeguards, evaluation, and measurable impact on sales pipeline, in close collaboration with sales leadership.

Responsibilities - Develop agents to research prospective accounts and qualify leads. - Automate drafting and follow-up of sales outreach. - Keep customer relationship management records accurate and current. - Add guardrails and evaluation methods to assess agent behavior. - Track whether deployed agents improve pipeline outcomes. - Work with sales stakeholders to shape and ship agent capabilities.
