About this role
Role overview Lead hands-on improvements to the systems, integrations, data flows, and AI workflows that support go-to-market teams across sales, customer success, marketing, and operations. This senior individual contributor will investigate operational problems, prioritize foundational fixes, and deliver reusable solutions from initial definition through rollout and measurable impact.
Responsibilities - Map go-to-market systems, integrations, automations, data flows, and existing AI agents to identify reliability gaps and operational friction. - Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, orchestration tools, and MCP while protecting the accuracy and consistency of core records. - Design, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agents, using metrics, evaluations, and safeguards to assess their performance. - Own initiatives end to end, including defining the problem, building an initial solution, coordinating delivery, and driving adoption. - Consolidate overlapping automations into maintainable systems with clear ownership and reusable components. - Establish practical standards and a roadmap that balances foundational systems work with new AI capabilities.
Requirements - Typically five or more years of relevant work in go-to-market systems, revenue operations, business systems, or a related function. - Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, data, systems, and cross-functional team needs. - Hands-on experience building with large language models and agent frameworks, and fluency with AI coding tools. - Technical comfort with APIs, SQL, integrations, MCP, and AI-enabled workflows. - Ability to investigate ambiguous issues, shape workable solutions, and lead delivery through adoption and impact.
