About this role
Role overview Build governance and operational controls for agentic AI systems, helping teams identify risks and make accountable decisions. The work spans risk assessment, evaluation and approval processes, monitoring, incident response, and human oversight, with a focus on making controls practical in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities - Assess risks in sensitive workflows, including data exposure, compliance obligations, and operational controls. - Design processes for model evaluation, approval gates, monitoring, incident response, and human oversight. - Work with product, engineering, security, and legal stakeholders to turn governance needs into usable controls. - Create reusable frameworks, checklists, and client-facing materials. - Support AI programs that require auditability and assurance.
Requirements - At least five years of experience in AI governance, risk, compliance, security, data governance, privacy, audit, or regulated technology programs. - Understanding of LLM risks, data protection, evaluation, access controls, and human-in-the-loop approaches. - Experience translating policy requirements into operating workflows and technical controls. - Strong documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have - Experience in healthcare, finance, insurance, government, legal, or regulated software. - Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as ISO, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, model risk, or AI governance frameworks. - Experience building evaluation or monitoring workflows for AI systems.
