Lead / Principal Cloud Architect - Finland/ Remote

Role overview A cloud engineering and consulting team focused on Google Cloud is hiring a Lead or Principal Cloud Architect to support clients in Finland on a remote basis. Responsibilities - Design and lead cloud architecture engagements on Google Cloud for customers primarily based in Finland. - Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for cloud and DevOps solutions aligned to business outcomes. - Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives across infrastructure, platform, and data workloads. - Collaborate with internal consulting and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end cloud transformation programs. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other architects, engineers, and consultants across the practice. - Engage with stakeholders to shape cloud strategy, roadmaps, and governance for enterprise environments.

Requirements - Proven experience as a Lead or Principal Cloud Architect working with Google Cloud Platform. - Strong background across cloud engineering, DevOps, and data platform architectures. - Ability to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformations and act as a senior technical authority across multiple engagements. - Comfortable working remotely with customers in Finland while collaborating with colleagues in Sweden and across the wider practice. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English, with the ability to translate technical strategy into business value.
