Role overview
This remote Growth Product Manager role is focused on discovering, testing, and launching product changes that improve activation, subscription, and retention for a SaaS offering. Responsibilities
- Own the go-to-market approach for customer onboarding and SaaS offerings. - Develop and improve strategies that increase activation, subscription, and retention. - Manage the user onboarding journey and identify opportunities to make it clearer and more effective. - Prioritize product improvements, defects, and technical debt that affect the growth experience. - Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to discover, define, and launch experiments and features. - Use customer feedback and product data to evaluate opportunities and measure outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience managing or shaping SaaS products, with a focus on growth or user lifecycle outcomes. - Strong user and data orientation, including the ability to combine qualitative and quantitative evidence. - Understanding of experimentation methods such as A/B testing and iterative product discovery. - Ability to translate insights into practical product priorities and executable plans. - Flexible, proactive approach with a strong bias toward delivering outcomes. - Interest in technical users and cloud infrastructure workflows.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with developer products, DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, automation, or cloud infrastructure management. - Experience working closely with engineering teams on onboarding, monetization, or retention initiatives.
