Role overview
Direct the strategic and technical delivery of marketing technology programs as the senior-most technical voice for a marketing technology practice. The role combines client advisory work, hands-on solution leadership, and team development across complex, multi-stakeholder engagements in the Americas.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and delivery of MarTech-powered, connected customer experiences for clients. - Represent the organization's technical capabilities externally, building and maintaining relationships with senior and executive client stakeholders. - Lead organizational change initiatives on the client side within large, matrixed organizations. - Direct cross-practice and cross-craft technical programs that drive strategic innovation and integrated solution delivery. - Partner with data, analytics, and platform peers to design comprehensive MarTech architectures. - Oversee hands-on implementations including platform configuration and optimization, journey automation, advanced segmentation, CDP-to-activation data flows, identity resolution, real-time synchronization, API integrations, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and MarTech audits. - Mentor a team of architects, principals, and analysts; drive resource planning and grow the team. - Support pre-sales and pitches as the technical face of the MarTech practice in the Americas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on MarTech experience combining consulting and implementation across integrations with content and commerce systems, customer data platforms (Segment, Hightouch, mParticle, Tealium, AEP), marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo), messaging platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign), and analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel). - 4+ years in client-facing business development. - Demonstrated leadership of client-side organizational change tied to MarTech adoption. - Comfort advising client marketing leadership and translating abstract business problems into high-value MarTech engagements. - Track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements across data, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams.

The posted salary range is approximately $154,700 to $210,000 USD, based on relevant experience, expertise, physical location, and leveling within a 40-hour workweek.
