Role overview An executive leadership role is open for a senior technology leader to direct the global IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technical operations function of a multinational B2B data and intelligence organization. The position carries full ownership of enterprise technology strategy, security posture, governance, compliance, and AI governance across a worldwide workforce. It reports to the CFO and partners with executive peers across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Legal, HR, and Finance to align technology investment with business priorities.
Responsibilities - Set the strategic direction for corporate IT infrastructure, end-user computing, collaboration platforms, and enterprise technology services worldwide. - Build and execute multi-year roadmaps covering technology, security, governance, and operational improvements tied to company objectives. - Lead, mentor, and develop senior technology leaders, with responsibility for workforce planning, succession, performance, and organizational design. - Own the architecture, availability, performance, and lifecycle of global infrastructure spanning AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, enterprise SaaS platforms, and endpoints managed through tools such as JumpCloud, NinjaOne, and CrowdStrike. - Direct cybersecurity, identity and access management, vulnerability management, Zero Trust initiatives, incident response, and security awareness programs. - Maintain audit readiness for GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 Type II, SOC 3, and emerging AI-related standards such as ISO 42001, while leading business continuity and third-party risk management.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT, infrastructure, security, or technology operations. - At least 5 years leading managers, directors, or senior technical leaders within a global organization. - Demonstrated track record leading enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, governance, compliance, audit, and operational functions. - Strong expertise with AWS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, enterprise SaaS ecosystems, identity management, endpoint management, security operations, and compliance frameworks. - Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP, or AWS credentials are highly desirable.
Nice to have Experience establishing AI governance frameworks and operationalizing emerging technologies with a balance of innovation and risk.
