Senior Product Manager - Browser and Mobile Applications

Role overview

Senior Product Manager role owning two tightly related product surfaces for a cloud-native identity security platform: a browser extension used daily by the workforce for credential capture and autofill, and a set of mobile applications used for credential management, authentication, and approvals. The position sits at the intersection of workforce password management and privileged access, shaping how users reach business web and SaaS applications from the browser and from their phones, while keeping policy enforcement, session auditability, and user friction in balance.

Responsibilities

- Set a multi-year vision and strategy for browser-based and mobile access experiences, spanning workforce credential workflows and adjacent privileged access use cases. - Translate the strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, working day-to-day with agile engineering teams and making explicit trade-off calls on scope, timing, and quality. - Drive the browser extension roadmap end to end, including cross-browser parity, extension store submission and review cycles, permission and manifest changes, update and rollback strategy, and the credential capture and autofill experience. - Define mobile product direction across iOS and Android, including authenticator flows, biometric and secure-element usage, push-based approval workflows, offline behavior, and app store release management. - Keep the end-to-end access experience coherent across surfaces, coordinating with adjacent product owners so that policy enforcement, credential injection, session handling, and audit behavior feel consistent whether access originates in the browser, an extension, or a mobile device. - Engage enterprise customers, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate direction, share roadmap, and turn feedback into concrete product decisions.

Requirements

- Several years of product management experience owning technically complex, security- or platform-adjacent software products shipped to enterprise customers. - Demonstrated ability to take a product from early capability to scaled availability, growing usage into meaningful revenue by translating technical depth into compelling offerings and user experiences. - Strong user-experience instinct, with the judgment to weigh friction in high-frequency, daily-use tools against policy and security needs. - Analytical mindset capable of balancing customer needs, competitive positioning, and business growth opportunities. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers, fluent in English. - Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

- Background specifically with identity, access management, password management, or browser-extension products. - Familiarity with browser extension distribution models and the security model of extensions operating in the page context. - Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner.
