Senior Product Scientist

Role overview Help shape and assess scientific agents that support real-world evidence (RWE) research, from individual research tasks to end-to-end study workflows. You’ll contribute scientific expertise across product teams and lead scientific delivery for co-designed solutions with pharmaceutical and data partners, ensuring the work is rigorous and useful to researchers.

Responsibilities - Define the scientific purpose, users, tasks, and boundaries for research agents. - Design workflows that include subject matter expert review and decision points. - Develop scientific reference materials, evaluation methods, and internal testing requirements. - Assess agent performance and contribute evaluation sets, metrics, and scientific roadmap governance. - Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacoepidemiology and RWE workflows within product teams. - Lead scientific delivery for partner projects, including tailored workflows, agent development, and evaluation.

Requirements - Master’s or doctoral degree in epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or a related analytical field. - For candidates with a master’s degree, at least two years of professional research experience for Senior Scientist consideration. - Experience using healthcare data for pharmacoepidemiology, health economics and outcomes research, or RWE studies. - Knowledge of feasibility assessment, observational study design, data analysis, and sound research methods. - Ability to design studies, draft protocols, document methods, and work with research and analytics colleagues on implementation. - Strong scientific writing, communication, critical thinking, organization, and attention to quality; familiarity with AI agents or language models in scientific work is also expected.
