About this role

Role overview Senior Product Designer role on a healthcare-focused data collaboration platform, embedded in a client-facing product zone that reimagines how medical records are retrieved and delivered. The role is hands-on and highly collaborative, owning end-to-end design for net-new products, self-service capabilities, and core platform evolution.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and problem framing through prototyping, validation, implementation, and iteration. - Shape and launch 0-to-1 products that expand the platform's value to customers. - Design self-service experiences that give users greater visibility, control, and confidence during the retrieval process. - Evolve the core client platform and internal operational tools to improve usability and enable scalable feature development. - Engage directly with external clients and internal users through interviews, workflow observation, concept testing, and usability research. - Translate complex, regulated, data-heavy healthcare workflows into clear user journeys and polished interfaces. - Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Client Success, and Operations to align on outcomes and inform product strategy.

Requirements - Six or more years of product design experience, ideally with enterprise, workflow, platform, or data-intensive products. - Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, strong interaction and visual craft, and measurable impact. - Experience taking ambiguous 0-to-1 opportunities from problem framing through validation and post-launch learning. - Strong product judgment that connects user needs with business goals and technical constraints. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and design systems, with grounding in accessible and responsive interaction design. - Comfort using AI-enabled tools to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, and collaboration.

Nice to have - Background designing in healthcare, fintech, or other complex or regulated environments.

Benefits and work setup - Estimated total cash compensation range of $170,000 to $200,000 USD. - Equal opportunity employer with reasonable accommodation available for candidates with disabilities.
