Sr. Security Engineer, Enterprise Security

Role overview Engineer practical security protections across enterprise applications, identity, endpoints, networks, SaaS platforms, and data systems. You will turn established security designs into tested controls, build automation to reduce manual work, and help ensure protections remain effective as internal systems change.

Responsibilities - Implement and improve preventive controls, access guardrails, secure configurations, and data protection measures across enterprise systems. - Create reusable security patterns and automate checks, access reviews, evidence collection, and remediation workflows. - Integrate security platforms and business systems to support consistent enforcement and established review processes. - Build automated testing and monitoring to validate controls, detect configuration drift, and identify coverage gaps. - Work with security leads, IT, engineering, and system owners to resolve complex issues involving authentication, permissions, APIs, configurations, and tooling. - Track improvements in control coverage, reliability, effectiveness, and reduced manual effort; apply appropriate access controls and auditability to AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements - At least 7 years in security engineering, enterprise or infrastructure security, cloud security, or a related area. - Hands-on experience implementing, integrating, testing, and maintaining security controls in production enterprise environments. - Strong programming and automation skills with Python, Go, or comparable tools, including APIs, infrastructure as code, and version control. - Experience engineering controls in one or more relevant domains, such as identity, endpoints, network, SaaS, or data security. - Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams and troubleshoot interconnected systems.
