Role overview A people-leadership role managing a team of technical pre-sales solutions architects and solutions engineers covering named accounts in Denmark. The position sits at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy, partnering closely with sales while coaching a team that engages with large enterprise customers.
Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop an inclusive pre-sales team based in Denmark, supporting both performance and long-term career growth - Foster a collaborative culture grounded in customer focus, teamwork, and diversity of thought - Partner with sales to drive solution- and value-based selling, helping customers understand the business impact of the platform - Build team best practices that improve efficiency and focus on meaningful business outcomes - Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer executives and strategic partners on data, analytics, and AI - Collaborate across marketing, sales, product, and services teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Contribute to regional leadership presence in Nordic markets
Requirements - Experience managing or leading technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or similarly complex technology environments - Track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling pre-sales, consulting, or technical field organizations, with emphasis on coaching and inclusive leadership - Understanding of consumption-based or subscription business models and how technical decisions influence commercial outcomes - Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional leaders, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English required and Danish preferable - Technical background in data engineering, databases, data science, or adjacent fields; consulting or customer-facing experience is an advantage - Curiosity and passion for data, AI, and cloud technologies
