Role overview

A Lead Engagement Manager is needed to deliver measurable impact for Healthcare and Life Sciences customers within a Forward Deployed Engineering organization. The role owns and independently scopes multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives that solve problems without clear precedent, operating with high autonomy in high-stakes environments. It combines regional leadership, complex problem solving across multiple regulatory regimes, sales strategy for Professional Services and Training offerings, and active mentorship of junior engagement managers.

Responsibilities

- Drive regional or business unit impact by contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals. - Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific requirements across multiple countries. - Coach and support junior engagement managers, acting as a go-to resource for peers on complex projects. - Shape account strategy aligned to client goals and lead the sale of complex Professional Services and Training offerings. - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements. - Participate in hiring efforts to attract top-tier talent to the team.

Requirements

- 10+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services. - Expert-level understanding of Professional Services and Training offerings and the ability to customize solutions for complex environments. - Proficient thought leadership, increasingly recognized as an external expert in the industry. - Expertise in modern data and AI platform architecture, ecosystem, and strategic account planning. - Willingness to travel up to 25-50% as required.
