About this role
Role overview A customer-facing, quota-carrying role driving commercial success of a training and enablement portfolio for enterprise data and AI accounts across the Americas. The architect partners with Sales, Field Engineering, Professional Services, and User Enablement to position learning as a strategic lever for adoption, retention, and expansion. The position reports to the Americas Customer and User Enablement Leader.
Responsibilities - Drive commercial success of learning and enablement offerings across enterprise accounts in an assigned Americas Business Unit. - Partner with sales and customer success teams to position learning as a driver of customer adoption, renewal, and expansion. - Translate customer goals into tailored enablement programs that accelerate transformation and ROI. - Lead the full lifecycle of customer training programs, from discovery and design through execution and post-program analysis. - Conduct learning diagnostics to identify skill gaps and adoption blockers, and design data-driven training strategies. - Deliver blended learning experiences across virtual, classroom, and on-demand formats that achieve measurable outcomes. - Track enablement success metrics including adoption, renewal influence, and revenue impact, and mentor peers across the team.
Requirements - Proven track record selling and implementing learning solutions into enterprise accounts, ideally in software or cloud technology, with quota-carrying experience required. - Deep understanding of the Americas enterprise landscape, industry verticals, and cultural nuances for customer engagement. - Strong background in program management, enablement strategy, and learning and development design. - Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for training as a lever of digital transformation. - Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills with fluency in English. - Results-driven mindset balancing customer satisfaction and revenue goals, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
