About this role
Role overview Own relationships with a network of health system partners and help ensure their data can be delivered reliably, compliantly, and on schedule. The work spans partnership strategy and executive communication as well as operational oversight, including coordinating responses to data quality, de-identification, and transfer issues.
Responsibilities - Manage partner relationships through onboarding, regular engagement, escalations, and expansion discussions. - Build trusted connections with health system executives and leaders in clinical informatics, IT, research, privacy, and compliance. - Coordinate resolutions when extraction, de-identification, patient linkage, infrastructure changes, or transfers threaten delivery commitments. - Prepare recurring partner updates and manage technical migrations that could affect data timelines. - Work with legal colleagues on partnership, subcontractor, and data use agreements. - Shape the network strategy and partner value proposition; coordinate internally with commercial, legal, data, engineering, and executive teams on delivery needs and opportunities.
Requirements - At least three years of experience in healthcare partnerships, health system operations, healthcare data or compliance, or a related area; direct hospital-system experience is preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex relationships with senior stakeholders. - Comfort moving between partnership strategy and hands-on data quality or technical troubleshooting. - Strong written and verbal communication, including for sensitive escalations.
Nice to have Experience with clinical data such as EHR records, notes, ECG, echocardiography, or imaging; familiarity with de-identification or HIPAA; or work in data licensing, life sciences, or a health data platform.
