About this role
Role overview Help client organisations bring their AI use under effective governance as assistants, models and agents become more widely adopted. You will assess how AI is used and the risks it creates, then turn governance frameworks and regulatory obligations into practical policies, controls and audit preparation, working with security and advisory teams.
Responsibilities - Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies and operating models for clients. - Create inventories and risk registers covering models, AI features, agents, data sources and external AI services. - Conduct AI risk and impact assessments that consider security, privacy, bias and transparency. - Compare client practices with ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act; document gaps and practical roadmaps. - Define controls for selecting and evaluating models and vendors, human oversight, ongoing monitoring and incident handling. - Work with security teams to translate governance needs into technical controls and testing. - Prepare clients for AI management system certification and audits, and deliver awareness sessions for leaders and delivery teams.
Requirements - At least 5 years in GRC, risk, privacy or security consulting, including 2 or more years focused on AI or data governance. - Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the EU AI Act, ISO 27001 and data protection rules such as GDPR and India's DPDP Act. - Understanding of how LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation systems and AI agents work, and the risks they introduce. - Experience producing policies, risk assessments and audit-ready documentation. - Ability to work with technical teams and executives, and strong written English.
