Senior Product Designer

Role overview This remote, full-time Senior Product Designer role focuses on shaping the user experience of a data operating system used to automate data work. You will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and end users to translate product requirements into polished UX and UI. The position combines hands-on design craft, research, and brand stewardship across web and product surfaces.

Responsibilities - Participate in agile sprint planning and daily standups to align on priorities with the broader team - Transform product manager specifications into UX and UI designs - Define requirements and design direction in coordination with product managers, engineers, and users - Produce wireframes, user flows, and designs ranging from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity outputs - Drive the redesign of the existing website and software platform - Conduct user testing and research to understand customer behavior and expectations - Engage with engineers and product managers for thorough QA throughout the delivery cycle - Help maintain brand consistency across web designs and marketing materials

Requirements - Experience designing UX and UI for web applications - Strong technical skills with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Sketch - Familiarity with pattern libraries and atomic design principles - Strong interest in data analytics and SaaS platforms - Comfort working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with significant responsibility from day one - Demonstrated ability to solve design challenges in the data and analytics space

Nice to have - Prior exposure to data science and statistical modeling products - Desire to play a direct role in growing the company and improving the product
